About Dr. George M. Cater, MD
George Cater, MD, MSE, is a clinical cardiologist specializing in advanced cardiac imaging, having completed additional training in Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, and structural echocardiography. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also certified in adult echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography and in cardiac CT by the Certification Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. He completed his medical degree at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University followed by an Internal Medicine residency, and cardiovascular disease and advanced cardiac imaging fellowships at the University of Pittsburgh.
