Office staff are extremely rude ( place you on hold without even acknowledging you, cut you off when you try to explain something / talk down to you and refuse to give messages to doctor to call patient).

Never been here and would never want to go after hearing him, A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL THAT TREATS SERIOUSLY WEAKENED IMMUNE SYSTEMS, state publicly that there isn't a need to wear masks during the coronavirus. What kind of doctor would put other people at risk just to support the mentally unstable "President"? He may be good at his job, but I would seriously consider going somewhere safer during this pandemic, especially with the numbers increasing in record form.

After reading 2 other (negative/ridiculous) reviews, I feel compelled to write one of my own. Dr. O'toole was my cardiologist when I was hospitalized with Covid in April 2021 for cardiac issues, and I have continued my care with him, since. He is professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, and compassionate. I appreciate the fact that he has his own private practice, and that he isn't "owned" by a big hospital "system". I will take a free-thinking, top-in-his-field physician, over one who tries to impose an agenda, any day. I don't know, and frankly don't care what his personal/political views are. I am a cardiac patient, and have had a few cardiologists over the years, and I can say with absolutely no reservation, that Dr. Joe O'toole is THE BEST, hands-down.
