Dr. Heppner is an awesome person, and a fine doctor. My last Cardiologist died and I was sent to Dr. Heppner, how lucky for me! He is retiring in June and I feel I've lost a great friend. Now, I will be sent to an unknown new doctor. Bravo to UPMC for having an awesome talent on staff like Dr. Heppner.
Dr. Heppner is very experienced, professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I was also impressed with the time he spent in reviewing my medical history before I arrived at the appointment.
Very responsive and easy to talk with. Good follow up. Wish more doctors took his big picture approach to issues.
