If they had 0 stars that's what I would give them. Called on behalf of my client to inform them that there were missing diagnosis codes that is preventing my client from getting a medical bed and Hoyer lift. My client has been dealing with calling this dr for a month in a half and still nothing has been accomplished.. It's very frustrating. When I called the dr office the doctor and his wife started to be very disrespectful and unprofessional to me. They told me that they don't have to talk to no one and the have already faxed the required paperwork. I told them I spoke to The medical company and they were still missing codes. They became irritated with me and hung up. Never experienced anything like that from a professional doctors office before. Never want to call them again. It was very upsetting.
