Dr. David Burkey is an amazing cardiologist. Highly recommended. His office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Lacking in the very least customer service ability and compassion towards patients. "Audrey" is a receptionist/medical assistant who thinks she is a god. She will call and scream at you, attempt to belittle you and hang up on you without completing your call. It's truly a shame that the officer manager can't keep her staff under control. When confronted with the unacceptable behavior(s) no resolution is offered.

Dr burkey has been our cardiologist for over 15 years.. .. aside from the fact that he is absolutely excellent at what he does..he is special because he actually sits and talks to his patients.. there's no rush to get a person out of his office so that he can move on to the next appointment.. he has always been familiar with our charts our statistics and our issues and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else
