My meeting with Dr Makarni, Cardiologist, at the Cranberry TWP UPMC Heart and vascular unit was excellent. We were able to adjust my meds to improve my blood pressure. The high quality of the receptionist, nurse and Dr. MAKARNI were all very professional and caring. My appointment was on time with minimal waiting time to see the Doctor.
Dr Makani was so nice and friendly. Took time with me to ask about my health. Everyone in the office was also so nice and friendly and helpful. Great office.

Recently, I visited my cardiologist Dr Amber Makani, at UPMC cranberry. I arrived a few minutes early, checked in at the kiosk and was escorted back within 2 minutes. All of the staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After checking my vitals pills and an EKG all within 15 minutes. I was ready for the doctor. Within 2 minutes the doctor walked in the door with a smile on her face shook my hand and got down to business. After discussing a recent problem I've been having she discovered something as simple as a minor medication change could be the fix. To be entirely professional, she sent a message to my primary care physician Dr Joseph also of UPMC, and now we have a plan of attack that should cure what ails me. I will wholeheartedly recommend this highly professional team for anyone seeking advice on any cardiovascular problems he or she may be dealing with.
