I can't speak for every doctor at the AGH McGinnis Cardiovascular Institute. But one, Dr. Mark K. Greathouse, has magical skills at reading an Electrocardiogram (EKG). Wikipedia defines Electrocardiogram as "a recording of the heart's electrical activity through repeated cardiac cycles." Back in February 2022 Dr. Greathouse read mine. After recently applying for life insurance, I discovered he wrote in my medical records on February 25, 2022 that I am an "alcoholic" and "was an alcoholic." In my 71 prior years, and the 24 months since, I've never been identified as an alcoholic. I've never been arrested for DUI, or public intoxication. I've never been asked to leave any premises for being drunk or obnoxious. No other doctor or medical professional ever suggested I had an alcohol problem. Not even my sister or daughter. Both Registered Nurses. No one mentioned a diagnosis as "an alcoholic" the day of the EKG or when I reviewed the EKG results with the doctors. Dr. Greathouse came up with the diagnosis all by himself after reviewing my EKG. However, he seems firm in his mistaken diagnosis. I assumed it was a mistake. I've been asking Dr. Greathouse since late February to reconsider the diagnosis, change the medical report, and write a letter correcting the determination... to no avail. Not even a reply. As a direct result of his writing I have been denied life insurance.

Dr Komatsu is the worst. If you are scheduled with him consider yourself a goner. Do a Google search on his name and you will see. Do not trust them.

AHN-AGH McGinnis Cardiovascular Institute has 3 offices on the 1st floor by CVI labels on door tags hanging out which is level of care and conditions l, ll, and lll. Its not in this building or address and not that Name? Hopefully Maps does some serious research why 2 reviews because it needs just deleted and not sure how owner has vaccine posts under Cardiologist office? There's a separate building as in photos but I go to CVI lll office at the location beside this building and or is incorporated into the hospital building and address. The bank, snack shop and possibly other offices medical may be in this building but the attached web address states above name and not this address and likely wrong phone number as I originally encountered years from the ED making the appointment within days as protocol. I've had 3 MD loved 1 retired second guy replaced him noted some incorrect information verifiable by my records and tests that I had a fatal arrhythmia likely medication caused he summarize as an electrolytes imbalance incorrectly and 2 different events 2 different days Dr.Lygouris I fired after pulling up my records to show him with him in office and not computing in his head or treated in ED who actually had documented the effectiveness of medication they never gave me? On calling and complaining and concerned not treated AGH ED MD I never met was able to remove the documentation that's illegal. I didn't have a chance to print a copy 1st. I had the problem but no one told me or treated it which also could have been deadly results. I live to tell you read your test results and notes. Its happened several times in ED by not yet qualified for ED docs in training not being Supervised or reviewing the tests themselves of those they are teaching from Drexel programs. My Lipids treatment Cardiologist is great and I don't have a Cardiologist for symptoms any longer. Looking elsewhere tbh with dangerous ED and bad documentation history if I am unconscious.
