I want to express my deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and dedication you have shown my mother on room 371.During a time that was filled with worry and uncertainty for our family, each of you provided not only exceptional medical attention but also kindness, patience, and genuine concern. Your professionalism and gentleness brought comfort to my mother and peace to us as we watched her receive the thoughtful care she truly deserved. Every check-in, every explanation, every moment of reassurance made a difficult situation easier to bear. Thank you for treating her with dignity, respect, and warmth. Thank you for the long hours, for your steady hands, and for your compassionate hearts. Our family is sincerely grateful for your commitment and the difference you have made in her healing. J.J

I'm currently sitting here now in the ER , I simply asked one of the male nurses for an update because my sickness started to feel worst . He responded "there's ppl sitting here 3 to 5 hrs go sit down " I don't think that's professional to say to someone who is sick and coming to the hospital for help . I understand they probably get a lot of homeless people or people on drugs but that's absolutely not how you respond to a patient , I'm not sure his name but he was the first room when walking in . Very disrespectful very condescending very much unprofessional and quite frankly I think he's needs to be retrained on how to speak to a patient .

A week ago my brother was admitted to Temple Hospital emergency room, and then the ICU for complications he had while running a marathon...his organs were failing. Temple University Hospital took such great care of my brother and saved his life. The doctors all collaborated on his case and gave him the best care possible and without them my brother would not be here today, with a full recovery. Our whole family appreciates Temple Hospital more than anyone could ever know. True heroes work here; we love you Temple Hospital... The extreme gratitude that we feel is infinite, and it's hard to express it in words! You are all angels to us and we are forever grateful. If you are looking for outstanding care and you are in an emergency, this hospital is the place to go. Again, thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Temple...you will always be in our hearts!

My boyfriend has been in this hospital going on 3 weeks after liver & kidney failure (at 30 yrs old) . The doctors are great despite being told conflicting things, but we do understand there are a lot of different department doctors we are dealing with. The nursing staff is ATROCIOUS. They are not only rude and unprofessional, they are inconsiderate and neglectful. My boyfriend has waited up to an hour multiple times after pressing a call button to have someone help him... that includes calling for a bed pan (he is a fall risk), asking for his SCHEDULED medication, and simple things such as juice or crackers. I'm not sure who is hiring these nurses because he's had at least 25 different nurses so far being at the hospital and about 3 of them were nice and actually did their job. Please do a better screening before hiring nurses as they are an extremely important part of someone's hospital stay- especially when they are staying long term.

I just love going to Temple Hospital everyone is always friendly. I just don't like Temple Internal Medicine. It's very hard to get your important information filled out and sent to the right place and you are on the phone forever trying to get through and it takes voodoo long for doctors to get back to you. So thumbs up to the hospital n thumbs down to internal medicine
