I had an appointment today at 320 and I received a call that the doctor wanted to leave early if I could come in sooner.. unfortunately I was not able to answer because I took the day off and was at another appointment they called me back and said I have to reschedule. The health care system isn't the same anymore there is no patient care I am a diabetic and been having issues and finally took a day to take care of myself and I had to reschedule because the doctor wanted to leave early. I will be going else where for my care

This review is in regards to the office staff, not the physicians. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment. In addition to that this was a day after a storm, and electricity was out in certain schools, not to mention some schools were abruptly close due to it. However I thought it was insensitive and unfair by appointment was canceled after arriving to the office. There was no compassion or empathy!! Whatsoever!!! I really feel like it was racially motivated. I'm thought the entire experience was insensitive.

I waited 2 months for a 3-part stress test. On the day of, an hour before my appointment I receive a call that the tech called out and that I would need to reschedule a part of my test. Upon arrival, the receptionist and the nurse Joanne were very friendly. However, I was waiting for part 2 to be complete and nothing was ready. When I asked for an update Kim and Jackie were very unprofessional. Waiting for a response from the manager Kaitlyn in regards to the services provided at this location. Unacceptable behavior as a health care provider.

Went for an ultrasound at Grant and the Boulevard Tuesday, August 1st, and as of Monday, August 7th, it hasn't been read. It's unacceptable at best. I've called 3 times. Normally these are read within 24-48 hours. I would caution anyone to get any test done there.
