great staff except the front desk is ratchet. went in today 2/14/25 at 6:45am. I was waiting patiently as I didn't want to impede in the PSR's space. I hate it when patients think that it's ok to go into my personal space when I'm not ready. PSR said "well there's no one else here so who do you think I'm talking to?" if this is how you treat someone as the first person you meet in the practice-- whats that have to do with how everyone else is going to treat your care? That says something if this is ok (it shouldn't be).

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Poll is terrific-I never mind the long wait times to receive excellent care. I could have chosen to see just about any cardiologist in Phila -I chose Dr Poll and have never ever had an occasion think of changing! By the way, I drive about 90 minutes every time I see him?

Terrific team of Cardiologist! Very thorough, knowledgeable, and strong ability to explain things. All are great, but Sharon Rubin is top notch if you want all of those things with great bedside manner. She was interested in hearing from me and included "my story" in the online notes. Impressive because to her point, there is always a story and it gives more context.

Wait time is over 2 hours to see a doctor. Doctors are unavailable if you need to see them before 3-4 months. Very disappointing in the professionalism and the only excuse from Dr. Poll was that he's working a 5 day schedule in 3 days. Not a good example of heart health. Dr. Poll was great when I was in the hospital. Follow up care with him is difficult at best.
