We've been going to Dr. Joukova's office for over 10 years and absolutely love it. Dr. Irina Joukova and her team, especially Nazira, truly care about your health and well-being. They don't just hand out prescriptions and send you on your way they take the time to listen, understand your pain, and properly diagnose and treat the issue. It's rare to find doctors like this nowadays. I highly recommend Dr. Joukova and her team they genuinely care and go above and beyond for their patients!

This office is a complete disaster. I've never experienced such blatant disrespect for people's time. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 AM for MOM . We got there on time, like any responsible adult would. Want to guess when the doctor showed up? 1:00 PM. That's almost 3 HOURS of sitting and waiting for someone who clearly doesn't value her patients at all. And when she finally strolls in--without an apology, without any explanation--she has the nerve to say, "Good morning!" Good morning? LADY, it's the afternoon! People in that waiting room were exhausted, hungry, some with kids, others who had jobs and obligations. We're not just numbers on a schedule--we are PEOPLE with lives! They don't deserve even one star. If there were a -5 star option, they'd get it in a heartbeat This level of disorganization and disrespect is absolutely INSANE. If you can't honor a 10:30 appointment, don't offer it. If this is how patients are treated on a regular basis, it's shameful. No one should be left sitting for hours like this. This office needs a serious wake-up call. Start respecting your patients--or you won't have any left.

Very thorough doctor and explains everything with you and takes her time Examining you and does not rush your visit very nice staff very helpful and friendly been going there about 5 years and would recommend the doctor
