The doctor told me he was tired of being sent all the patients with POTS and that there was nothing I could do for it. He proceeded to tell me everything that the studies tell you not to do when you have it. After explaining how I'm having unusually rapid heart rates, etc, he finally agreed to give me some testing. He asked me if I wanted to come back and see him in 6 months as a follow-up and I said "for what?" Its's been weeks since my testing and I haven't heard from him. Very clear he has no intention of trying to help me. Never going back. I have never in my life seen a doctor not even willing to try to help.

Dr Modi was really great with my 98 year old dad, very patient, kind, professional, and did I mention patient. Anyone dealing with the elderly who can't hear know what I mean and Dr modi was great. Thank you Dr Modi.

I had a follow up appointment in July, which I have been perfectly healthy no issues. Did not show due to contracting covid. I Am on life sustaining meds. I made an appointment today for November. I am almost out of the meds. They refuse to refill the medicine that they stated I need (metoperol) before that appointment. So raising the possibility that I end up in the hospital. It just goes to show that these "doctors" only want you to be unhealthy because guess what? There's no cash in it for them if you are healthy. They basically hold your meds hostage unless you go to an unneeded follow up. Unbelievable.

Admin staff are incompetent. Failed to send in a crucial heart medication prescription to the pharmacist which resulted in high heart rate and almost postponing chemotherapy. Failed to schedule an echocardiogram, which was rescheduled. I asked when I made the appointment where to go for the test and they said diagnostic and upon arrival they told me they weren't responsible, and to go back to the office. Completely incompetent and uncompassionate staff.

Dr. Goldstein is a fantastic cardiologist! I've been seeing him now for 5 years for a problem with my aortic valve called: Aortic Insuffiency. Dr. Goldstein has so many good qualities that makes him an awesome doctor. I'll list a few here: (1) Dr. Goldstein is extremely professional but also warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. (2) He always answers every single question that I ask in a patient and thorough manner so that I I've never felt rushed out the door like so many doctors today. (3) Dr. Goldstein knows his stuff, and believe I do my own research on my condition! Every nurse and receptionist that I've ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with in the past 5 years have been professional, polite, courteous, responsive, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. I literally have absolutely nothing bad to say about Dr. Goldstein, the many nurses, and receptionists that I've met, or the office policies and practices. Obviously, I highly recommend!
