Disgraceful. Run don't walk away from this practice. They left my 65 year old mother bawling, she felt so stigmatized by the way their staff treated her, without any offer of assistance or referral to another provider, I had to see it to believe it. Places like this are why there's so much distrust of the medical establishment. Spare yourself, much better doctors in the area.

I went to M.R.I on 1 floor . My left arm painfully been to 1 yr . I don't like these noises inside m.R.I . Sometime i really scared to M.R.I the buliding nice to the place. Happy holiday

Horrible billing department. After multiple attempts to correct, and working with their manager issues still remain. I can see online a payment that I made posted less than 30 days ago, yet today I received a collections notice. I have perfect credit, and pay my bills. I paid my bill in full and will look elsewhere for health care. Stay away unless you have a LOT of time to deal with their mistakes. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to correct this, and even stopped at their office to speak to the faces to face, and even used their auto pay system, which also doesn't work properly. I sent them the confirmation emails saying I set it up properly, and had no explanation why it didn't work. How hard can't it be to automatically charge my credit card? They can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Want to become invisible? Walk into the Imaging center. The most smug, rude girls I have ever encountered. Literally sat without being greeted. Had to check the board to see my name was scratched off so I knew they saw me. Never again!

Love my doctor, Dr. Toocheck. Everyone is very friendly and helpful
