Very good experience with a physician assistant. I took my son there for his appointment. Very thorough and compassionate. While you're there you can enjoy the very nice and convenient cafeteria, with a grill and taco bar. There is a large outdoor patio and large indoor dining room. The food is very reasonably priced and good quality.

AWFUL MEDICAL PROVIDER. I had a stress test with Dr. Morris end of last summer. To this day they have yet to follow up with me. The only appointment that I had, they cancelled, and refuse to reschedule. I have spoken with 5 different staff members in the last 3 weeks and none of them know anything about even scheduling an appointment. I can only assume they are billing insurance for unnecessary testing at this point in time as there was apparently no reason for my stress test as nobody has deemed it necessary to provide an appointment and share results and guidance. I would not recommend this practice or Dr. Morris to anyone - your heart health is not a joke, except at this facility!!

Checked in at kiosk. Waited 1/2 hour past the time of my appointment. Finally asked employee walking by who said that sometimes doesn't work too actually check me in. Now I'm 10 minutes past appointment time and still sitting in waiting room. I'm sure this is holding the actual doctor up. I'm UPMC buying Pinnacle and their cost cutting with no employees who care has been AWFUL for this area. Probably worth driving to Hopkins.

The people here are extremely rude and disrespectful. My son needs his test results and instead of telling me over the phone we need to make another appointment. I tried to make the appointment and she was extremely rude and condensing. They didn't have any times that work. I asked if we could have a phone appointment and no. I realize they only have certain spots available but when asked about other openings she acted like it was a chore to look. She was basically like take this appointment or oh well, sucks to be you.

I had an appointment this morning. I feel torn because the doctor I had may have been a good one in his prime. However, everytime I tried to talk he told me to be quiet. He refused to change my blood pressure meds. He did change my water pills. He actually halved what I had previously taken. This appointment was a huge waste of time. I needed an ok for my urologist to go ahead with a kidney removal. This incredibly older man had no clue what he was doing. He refused to talk about it. Told me to be quiet. So now I have to waste more time with a dead kidney inside me while I find a cardiologist who actually knows what he's doing. So upsetting.
