About Dr. Adam M Shipe, DO
Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I was nearly halfway through my undergraduate degree in music studies before a career in medicine had even crossed my mind. I cannot say that there was one particular instance or experience that redirected me to a path in medicine. What I do know is that I cannot imagine doing anything else, particularly within the field of Cardiology. Practicing medicine has been a fulfilling and personally enriching life decision. I am very grateful to have been led into this profession. What I want my patients to know about me: I was born and raised for most of my life in Berks County, Pennsylvania. I have a very fond appreciation and love for the area and people.
