Myrna Alicea, NP is an excellent practitioner. She is thorough and explains your test results in detail. She is respectful and compassionate to her patients. It is a joy to have someone who actually listens to your concerns and symptoms and tries to find out what the cause is. She truly is an asset to your group.
Generally things were good with one exception. The NP who took the photos told me to lie very still for 9 minutes. She left the room and did not return until 18 minutes passed. She never told me about the extra time??? Then at the end after the final photos she left three of the stickers on my body, the one's that she clipped the sensors onto. I finally saw them when I undressed at home ????? She seemed to be focused on "other" things.

Whoever is answering the phones could work on their customer service skills. Being rude about asking if you have availability within a certain time frame isn't it. You're scheduling appointments, not guarding Fort Knox gold
The check in was easy and the folks were friendly and helpful.
