Jessica is a great Physician Assistant! Very kind and knowledgeable. I also really like my Physical Therapist. They also have been really understanding with my other major health issues and days I was ill ans missed appointments. My surgery with my partial shoulder joint replacement and upper humeral head went very well also.

They dropped me from seeing them. Sent me a letter dated 6/17/25 and I am now getting it. There was to be an authorization of medical records form with said letter and there is none. The doctors don't seem to really care anymore. The check in ladies are nice, some of them. Some just seem like they hate their job. They have no idea what they are doing, and it's quite annoying when u need medication and the doctors say ok we will get that and then I go to the pharmacy and nothing is there. I called in and the nurse said the doctor said we never talked about that that I had to make another appointment... what the heck!!! Do these doctors even listen to us? No they don't. They just want money.

Had a suppose to be a appt today with my new family dr. When Dr Clauss came in room . Ask what I was here for which it stated why. When I starting to state why. He started yelling at me and threw his hand in my face. Yelled LET ME STOP YOU THERE! I DON'T DO DISABILITIES. AND NO DR HERE DOES. THIS IS NOT MY JOB.Which is not true. All my Drs before him. Was helping me. Till him. He was very rude. Said that he would bring me in names of drs that deal with that. Never came back in . I in exam room. In an anxiety attack. Crying my eyes out. He was not even in room for 10 mins. Heard him in next room with next pt. He is bias dr. Do not schedule with him. Apparently he doesn't treat patients that is not his job.

Stay away from that female Hindu Registered Nurse at all cost. Here is our experience with her during our last visit. First she told my wife and I a lie that we have to have her referral to see a specialist. Second she was rude. Third she did not give us back that clip board that supposed for patient to drop off at the exit. She knew she is bad for us to know her name. I believe consulting Doctor Google is much better than her. in most case we can get some herb or OTC to deal with our health concern or see a specialist directly.

I get great care from my doctor here. Get the help I need and can call in/send a message in the portal and get the medicines I need. But every time I go into a Penn State Facility, they are having technical difficulties with their computer/Programs and or connection issues from having AT&T internet. Also, their online portal is not very good or reliable, and the layout for the app is not clean or very good. The whole portal/app needs a complete overhaul. The other kicker is if I get blood work/Xray or testing of any kind I always get a $500+ bill. Insurance doesn't cover it. I have to have them send the testing to LGH Health Campus and then it's covered by Insurance 100% and no huge bills.
