We didn't have to wait too long to be seen. The doctor had a thick accent which made it hard to understand him. But I just asked him to repeat himself. Overall it was a good appointment.

I am done with this practice. Two visits in a row now and Dr Sunil Patel can only guess as to what my symptoms and diagnosis are. SERIOUSLY! My family doctor can tell me that much, why pay a specialist $35 when Oak Street Health charges me $0 and provides better care. Oh and you might want to tell the receptionist not to talk about the patients after they check in not all of us are old and can hear every word they are saying about people and not all of it is nice. Signed former patient!
The best care I have ever received!! Dr. Dumassi, nurse Bri and techs Cody and Earl were so amazing!! On 7th floor thank you to nurse Micheal and tech Rosalita. You made me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you!!
They have moved from the busy health campus building to a new building. Parking situation is much better here.
For years I have been dealing with this particular practice and never had any problems. I always liked them and they were always kind and caring. My dad started going to them and it all went downhill from there. For a week I left messages on extension 107 just to get a simple question answered. That's five messages. She called me back one time (of course by the time she called me back I was at work and missed the call) and that is it. So on my 6th attempt I talked to the operator and told her what was going on so she put me through to a different person. She was short and rude to me and said they were waiting for approval from the insurance company (mind you she never asked for my dads birthday or my name to confirm that she had the right person, my dad and grandfather both go here and have the same name). So I guess at least I got my question answered but I'm still confused on why it took a week and they just couldn't tell me in the one message she left. I'm very disappointed that I've told people in the past how good of a place this is. EDIT*********Just wanted to let everyone know that my complaints were addressed and dealt with. I appreciated that the office staff took the time to hear me out
