ReVaMP Heart & Vascular Institute

I visited the ReVaMP Heart & Vascular Institute for my post-op follow-up appointment with Dr. George. He performed a Angioplasty for Peripheral Artery Disease 6 days prior. The staff were very friendly, professional, and informative. I was called in at the appointed time, and was not made to wait. It was a pleasure to meet the staff. I am grateful to have such a supportive and caring team. Thank you all!

Scheduled same day with the office in King of Prussia with Dr Jon George's NP. She was kind, thorough, and genuine. Felt heard and safe the whole appointment. Very happy with my experience and care!

I don't believe I have received better medical care than I have at ReVamp Heart & Vascular Institute. From Dana to Denise to Dr. George you will be treated with nothing but kindness, compassion, respect, and medical care that FAR EXCEEDS what you've ever experienced. I went in for one thing (yes that was treated) butttt I also came out with a possible diagnosis from Dr George (just needed testing to confirm) for what I'd previously been told would "just be for the rest of your life" as a result of something that happened to me years ago; the tests showed DR GEORGE'S DIAGNOSIS WAS SPOT ON and because of his knowledge I now know that what I've been dealing with for 15ish years is likely genetic - at the very least it should've BEEN FOUND YEARS ago! *DR GEORGE LITERALLY DIAGNOSED IT IN 10 SECONDS! *I AM NOT EXAGGERATING, he looked at me asked me two questions and told me what he believed was wrong. I couldn't get over it - he's incredibly humble; when I relayed this to others in front of him (because I am still in awe) he said "yeah but I'm trained to see that/look for that" which fair enough but at the same time I've been hospitalized for the issues causing this syndrome numerous times and been to doctors for it; I would think somewhere along the way SOMEONE would've thought "perhaps this is the reason?!" And done the testing. Especially given my age - that's always been the comment "you're soo young to have XYZ" "I can't believe you're on XYZ" I like his directness and his ability to speak with me as a person not speak in medical jargon to make me look or feel inferior. When I had questions about my procedure HE CALLED ME to go over everything - I repeat HE CALLED ME!! The icing on the cake... he wears COOL SOCKS & SNEAKERS! Bonus! I love that stuff! I feel like I've found a practice that ACTUALLY CARES about me and I LOOK FORWARD to going to appointments because they are all incredibly thoughtful and this may sound odd but, GOOD HUMANS!! (we're lacking these!) Dana is magical in her ability to get you scheduled & respond to your questions in real time - more importantly she NEVER MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE AN ANNOYANCE or BOTHER - I'm not sure she sleeps?! I'm also not even sure what her title is but I don't think there is anything she DOES NOT DO! She's basically the human equivalent of the Energizer Bunny from back in the day; she is DOING ALL OF THE THINGS I'm pretty sure she's the OM, accountant/billing, scheduler, like you name it she's doing it! Then there's Denise. Denise is hands down made for the medical profession; she comes from a place of pure concern and care for her patients and when we're hurting you can sense that she GENUINELY CARES and is acting in our best interests to get our health issues resolved as quickly as possible in the safest way. Not only is she a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner but in general as a person too- Phenomenal! Numerous times I've asked myself is Denise superhuman? "how does she have so much to give to others and still keep going?" Her friends and family are lucky! This SMALL BUT MIGHTY TEAM out of KOP is something I'd prefer to keep a SECRET because well - truthfully- I don't want to share them and have others ruin the good thing I've got going! ;) However, I also know how frustrating, overwhelming, depressing it is when you're already struggling with your health and feeling like you're not being heard by your provider/those that make up your care team. SO WHEN YOU FINALLY FIND A PLACE WHERE the: Doctor/Specialist, Nurse Practitioner, Office Manager, billing department, scheduling department,, admin are ALL LIKE FINDING A SHINY NEW PENNY (since they're no longer going to be made you can understand the rarity!) YOU WANT TO SCREAM IT FROM THE HIGHEST POINT (but since your body won't allow for that to happen - I guess you'll settle for a review and HOPE THAT PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THE VALUE & GREATNESS THAT IS ReVamp (but that Dr George, Dana, & Denise don't get too busy that they forget to be the amazing patient focused professionals they are now!)

I could not in good faith recommend this office to anyone. I scheduled online through Zoc Doc to meet with the cardiologist Dr Jon. Even though appointment says it's with the doctor it is not. You actually see a nurse practitioner. At the visit a test was performed not by a nurse but by the office secretary so of course not ran correctly and I get told an arterial blockage shows up even though there is not one. When discussing at end of visit cause of symptoms there nurse tells me heart failure which I had other tests done and my family dr ruled out already but still was distressing to hear and inappropriate for her to state with no information to support. At the end I was ordered tests and a prescription. I became extremely ill from the medication I later found out it was contradicted for me to even take with my allergies.I waited 10 days and still had not received my scripts for my tests and had to call back the office to remind them to do them. Then they finally emailed them and they had the incorrect information for where I was getting my testing done which I was told would take another week to correct. So I had to basically wait a month just to receive scripts to schedule a test. I was told then if I needed to change where I have the test done it would take weeks more. Unfortunately I did have to change location due to a family emergency that came up. Instead of all the unnecessary hassle with the office I just called my insurance and in 5 minutes my scrips were transferred to new facility. Finally I was able to get my tests done and the office did not even bother to let me know my test results my family Dr. gave them instead . No heart failure , No arterial blockages so medication that made me sick should not have been prescribed the nurse obviously should not be writing scripts or trying to diagnose someone. They do have the nerve though to keep sending daily reminders about my bill. I actually spoke with Dr Jon once over the phone he sounded like a nice Dr. but there has to be changes to this office perhaps he should see patients himself and reconsider staffing. I never in my life experienced such incompetence. !

From Dana the practice manager to Denise the physician advisor and Dr. George himself every experience has been handled with professionalism, true care and concern and attentiveness. I would recommend this practice to my family friends and others. Definitely five star service.
