Called to make an appointment, told they take a 1.5 hour lunch. Called again a few days later before there 1.5 hour lunch and ended up on hold for over 5 minutes and was then forced into a voicemail system. I don't have the luxury of waiting 2 days for someone to call me back. Answer the phone! Stop taking absurd lunch breaks!
Just called again, same thing. I got forced into a voicemail system. I left a message, this is the worse customer service I've ever dealt with.
Persistence paid off- went through operator and finally got ahold of a scheduler. Seriously need to hire more schedulers or do something to remedy this issue. Major inconvenience.

This place USED to be good. I'm not sure what has happened. I'm glad I wasted my gas for a 40 minute drive one way to be told they need to reschedule because I was 7 minutes late due to traffic and waited in line to check in. But they can have us wait in the waiting room as long as they want.

The entire staff is always super friendly and professional. I have been going to this office since before the merger. I will not go anywhere else. Dr Fugate saved my life in 2008 and I couldnt have asked for a more proessional and polite Dr. I have also veen cared for by Dr May for after care and he is also an amazing Dr and a great personality to meet with. Dr Link placed my ICD in 2014 also an awesome personality and anothwr flawless experience. Thank you PHCVI Harrisburg Old Post Rd staff for making my unfortunate situations a little better by taking great care of me.
