If I was able to, I would leave no stars at all. My experience with this office has been horrible. When I went for an appointment, the office staff was friendly and helpful; however, the provider ordered a new dose medication for me which turned into a large issue. He placed the order on a Friday for medication that is non-formulary with my insurance, which I was not aware of at the time. I was not able to cover the cost so my pharmacy attempted to reach out to the office twice that day. I waited until Tuesday, trying to be understanding that they are busy and have many patients, and I sent a message on the portal. That message was never answered. I attempted to call on Wednesday, and I got no response. When I got ahold of nurse on Thursday, she ended up getting smart with me, calling me noncompliant for taking the supply of medications that I had, and hung up the phone on me. I asked to speak to a manager that day. I never got a response. I called back in on Friday, and I explained that I really needed this medication filled, as I was almost out of my previous dose. I was told that it takes them three days to process refills and that I would have to wait until the following week. I continue to try to explain that it was not a refill and that I was still trying to get the order corrected from a week before. They said that they would have a nurse call me, and I again asked to speak to a manager. I never heard back from anyone. I attempted to call multiple more times that day to no avail. My pharmacy contacted me the next day to tell me that the medication was filled, but if they wouldn't have called to tell me, I would not have known and would have been without medication. That was three weeks ago, and I still have never received any communication from a manager or anyone else in the office.
