Our doctor is great, but one of the front desk staff here is among the rudest people in health care we have ever spoken to. She failed to book our next visit in the system, then called us and tried to blame us for not making the appointment. When we asked additional questions, she showed zero patience and displayed an incredibly unprofessional attitude.

Today my son came here to get a second opinion for Tourette's diagnosis, he had an appointment with Dr. Duda, hands down best appointment ever. We got checked in, within 10 minutes we were in a room. My son ended up needing to use the restroom while waiting and another staff member helped us find the bathroom he was very kind, helpful, and outgoing! Dr. Duda was in our room within 5 minutes of waiting in our room. Dr. Duda was kind, professional, and very informative, she listened to my concerns, and answered any questions I had, even had recommendations for additional supports for my son! Not only did she and her staff do an amazing job, she even wrote out a note to my sons school to try to get him more help as well, she reassured him that with his motor tics that he is perfectly ok and didn't have to feel bad about it at all. On our way out to check out the front desk receptionists were kind and even offered my son bags for the car ride home due to him getting car sick, so thoughtful Thank you to all the staff here for being amazing!!! I know my son is in good hands here

Friendly and helpful staff! Our nurse and ultrasound tech made every effort to help our little one through her ECHO. I appreciated the time Dr. Cyran took to do a thorough history and assessment and explain everything. Cute kid friendly rooms too!

My son had his yearly follow up appointment. The wait wasn't long, the staff were friendly and everything was going well. The LPN who did his EKG was great. The tech who preformed his echocardiogram had a wonderful conversation with us. It wasn't until the PA-C who was seeing us that day questioned him about who lives at home with him that i became offended. She seemed friendly enough we didn't have any problems with her until she asked the question " do you know you father" after asking who live at home with him. Not " does your father live with you" or any other way of wording that. I just kindly stated " I hope so, I'm marry to him and he comes home every night." Being African American family I was blown away that that was what she asked. I believe she may have been thinking it and it just came out. This just projected her ignorance about her minority patients. I didn't address this in the office because I know how it works when we respond the way we want. So, here I am letting go of some steam.

The doctors are great but I can't stand how long an appointment takes. Waiting room for 20 minutes, wait for the doctor at least another 20. It doesn't even matter why you're there. The wait for a sick visit and a flu shot are the same.
