Very poor experience today. I was referred to the clinic for a specific reason that was documented. I was then scheduled for that specific reason. I was asked again when I checked in for the appointment. Once seen I was told that wasn't something they deal with there and was referred to another provider once I asked what my next steps were. That provider called me and said that wasn't something they deal with either.

Where to start. Im writing this for my husband. (Gollam). My husband believes dr sexton does not like old people. I didn't think that but here is the problem. They stated they would call with an appointment. I mean most people make appointments when leaving the office but ok My husbands BP was so high that his eye called dr sexton and he didnt reply until the next day and said he should go to the hospital. He did not and us ladies understand this next part. I discussed what to do with my husband. It more like what i can get him to do. He said the new pills are causing the high bp and he stopped taking them. The office was supposed to call w an appointment for January. Its November so i called the office and asked if he could get in sooner because he couldn't take the rx. Its been a month w no call for his appointment so i brought that up as well. The lady on the phone that is apparently better than me and my husband rudely told me that they dont have a schedule that far out and will call when they do. She said she would let the dr know what is going on w my husband and she would call me back. It is now January and there is no January schedule i guess and she never called about what to do. This feels so important to me. I dont want my husband to die and yet its not important enough for ya'll to call back. No wonder the reviews stink. You should all be ashamed of yourselves

I brought a family member to the office to be seen. Her regular cardiologist had something come up last minute, and so she saw Dr. Singh. He is really nice, and very professional.

New doctors are awful. Getting my medical records and finding a better doctor.
