Arrived at 9:50 for 10am appt. At 10:25 went to desk as not taken yet. At 10:36 in room. At 10:52 resident cam in until 11:08. At 11:4] Dr. Strasser came i. and saw until 12:10. Dr. Strasser gave excellent personal care and answered all questions. If hadn't already paid copay at check in would have left at 10:30.
Dr Strasser was very friendly, explained everything in language my daughter could understand. I was very pleased with my visit.
