Dr. Hui is an absolutely wonderful clinician and caring person. Very thoughtful and thorough. His assistant/technician was also very professional and kind. Sadly, my experience with the front desk at Fern Hill has varied from excellent to very poor. Today's front desk staff seemed outright rude to everyone. A poor elderly person with hearing and mobility difficulties was essentially scolded for not understanding the abrupt commands issued by the clerk on where to stand in line to wait. It was so disturbing that I almost left without checking in. Same on the way out.
