Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: Science has always fascinated me. It allows me to explore, inquire and innovate. By choosing a career in medicine, I have been able to treat people and make a difference in their quality of life. What I want my patients to know about me: I am very much involved in patient care. I see my patients as a friend or my father or mother. You can be very informal and expect the best. What I do when I'm not seeing patients: I like to spend time with my family, landscape and travel.
