Today I had an echo and a stress test for the first time. I was seen in a timely fashion. EVERYONE I met was kind. Su did the echo and she was wonderful in every way. "Flawless" (her nickname... I can't remember her real name), did the stress test, with Candace assisting and Melissa (a nurse in training). Again, each one was wonderful, professional, kind and patient. The results were in MyChart within an hour! I could not have had a better experience. Amazing treatment. Thank you. Kath
You can only make a good first impression once and this group did not disappoint. Just moved here, recently had a pacemaker defibrillator inserted. I was scared to say the least. From the time I walked in the door, meeting his staff and then meeting Dr. Cutitta for the first time. Everyone was so kind and polite. Besides taking his time with me, what I appreciated more was when he came in sat down and said "I have read your chart from Virginia, but now I want to hear from you starting at the beginning"! He kept asking me if I had any further questions. He stated "I want to make sure all your questions are answered "! He made me feel at ease. Thank you Dr. Cutitta
I don't know if the doctors are any good. I was told when I made the appointment that they excepted my insurance. I was also told by three separate staff members that I would receive paperwork to fill out. I called a week before my appointment and was told, once again that I would receive paperwork---I never received anything. In addition, I just drove 186 miles on I-78 in heavy traffic and construction only to be told "Oh we don't take your insurance." when I made the appointment I gave them the complete name, the group number, and the ID number and nothing has changed from then---when I was told that they took it. Very incompetent, indifferent staff. I was told that I could keep my appointment but I would have to pay up front. So I obviously canceled. Why should I have to pay, that's why I have insurance.
