I have been a patient of Dr. Frankel for over 19 years at the Roosevelt boulevard location. Since he has moved to the current location in Bensalem, the office staff has changed and the service isn't half of what it used to be. The new staff is more interested and explaining how things can't get done instead of helping you get access to your medical professionals. In addition, when mistakes are made, there's no accountability. If your time is wasted it's okay just reschedule with no regard for your loss of hours. The tone and energy at the front desk is a six on a scale of 1 to 10.
