Oregon Vascular Specialists - Wilsonville

I would recommend anywhere but here. I got 6 months of don't call us we will call you. After waiting a month for a call back I was told they did not have a chance to submit to my insurance. They dropped the ball at every opportunity and now I have to start over with another provider. They were the worst medical facility I have ever dealt with. Feeling like I dodged a bullet by being forced to get my procedure elsewhere. Got an appointment immediately with another provider, no waiting, no salty attitude.

Have had, unfortunately, multiple experiences with the Wilsonville clinic. They are the best! I have always left feeling like they've listened and all my questions are answered. Nicole, the PA, is fantastic and always puts me at ease.

The office staff, except for an employee named Sarah, have this weird culture where they carry themselves as arrogant and rude. When I first went in there for an ultrasound I got this weird impression the front office people were in this imaginary superiority bubble. I was scehuled to have surgery with Dr. Cook on Wednesday July 30th, 2025. I called with a question on Monday, 2 days before my scheduled surgery. This was at 1:00 pm. I was told I needed to have Maria call me back. I was directed to her voicemail. I did not recieve a return call the rest of Monday or by 1:00 pm Tuesday afternoon from Maria. I called the clinic and the person that answered my call told me in a condescending tone "She's not here today" I responded by showing this person the same level of respect she showed my. She got fed up and put me on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back. I talked with Sarah and she was very polite and professional. I cancelled my surgery and was very distraught because a lot of effort, planning, and work had gone into scheduling this surgery. I had a 35 year long career in Corporate America. I know how to treat my customers/patients. If it were up to me, I'd fired everyone in the front office, except for Sarah. And to the person that answered my first call and was rude me, I am getting the last word. I am proceeding with a referral to Legacy or PeaceHealth.

First let me say I had a vascular ultrasound which was great, tech was personable and professional. Scans came out great. Consult with the Dr was also great. The problem lies with the office personnel. I needed my scan and report sent to 2 other clinics because Oregon Vascular couldn't do the surgery I needed. It took multiple calls from me, my husband and both clinics requesting the scan and report over 3 weeks before the clinic called me and the person named Ashanti told me it would be faster and easier for me to just come pick up the scan and take it to the clinics myself. This is after I called 1 week ago asking if I could do that and them telling me I could only get the report not the scan. At this point I can't even drive so that's not possible. Ashanti was very upset that I insisted she send the scans, and when I asked why they hadn't done it already she said no one asked, but she also commented on how many people were calling on my behalf to get the scans. So what is it Ashanti? No one asked or you just didn't want to do your job? My opinion is if you're in the Portland metro area skip this clinic and go to the vascular clinic at Peace Health in Vancouver Wa.

They are awesome the staff is caring and very top notch.
