Very knowledgeable, a plethora of information throughout the meeting. A lot didn't apply to my personal journey but hey everyone is different and has specific needs. This program is a wonderful catalyst to any health journey and I would highly recommend it to anyone with barriers to get to an ideal healthy weight/lifestyle. Consistently is key.we owe it to ourselves to put in the work.

I am not a direct patient of Dr. Gulick's but have had her as an educator in my weight loss classes. She does a wonderful job of distilling complex medical information into simple language that people can understand. She pulls concepts together that help to paint a picture of what is going on in our bodies and provides tons of great advice as to how we can help to control our outcomes. She really is a great teacher of medicine to the untrained and provides great interaction with students to help answer their questions directly. My own personal goals have been aided by the education she has provided me. I highly recommend her.

Good morning Dr. Gulick. My husband and I are in your weight loss program and are very happy with the program thus far. We have enjoyed the educational seminars, particularly yours (we love the way you provide information and your humor :). Along with the education and medication, we have been very successful in our weight loss journey....and it has only been a little over 3 weeks!

Dr Guilick and her team are caring, and spend valuable time sharing information on how the body and metabolism works. I thought I knew a lot about the body and diet, and I am so amazed at how much I didn't know. Valuable approach to addressing weight management.
