My husband's been having dizziness. His liver specialist told him to see a heart doctor. I called in and they said they have to have referrals so it says they're accepting clients but only if it's a referral. Our insurance doesn't need referrals. He's dizzy all the time and have issues but they said yeah well everyone has heart issues here. So the lack of empathy here I'm not happy with the front desk so hopefully he won't have a heart attack.
My visit with Dr. Rosenthal was one of the best physician experiences I've ever had. He is very engaging, explains thoroughly, and summarizes key points. He is very encouraging too.
