I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. It's calm, clean, and never feels rushed or crowded. And the free underground parking, with elevator, is a huge bonus. The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to respond, whether it's a call or email. I see Dr. Wu, and have for many years. She is fantastic: thorough, direct, a great listener, and explains everything clearly to make sure I understand the plan. I always feel cared for and never like just another number. Very satisfied and grateful for this place!!!

Wish I could give this clinic a zero star! The scheduling staff is HORRIBLE!! I only went here for a couple years because of how amazing Dr. Harper was. Unfortunately he has left. I thought I would give the new doctor that replaced Dr. Harper a try. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and no answer. Finally was able to leave a message and got a call back the following day. The schedule staff couldn't have been more rude on the phone. I even told her I was sorry she was having a bad day and that just made her mood worse. I understand that everyone is under pressure right now but it's not an excuse to be rude.

My experience with the staff here has been very positive, and they appear to value my privacy as they have asked me on several levels to verify my identity before they would disclose any information. I spoke to a gentleman named Saam on the phone and he was very pleasant to talk to prior to my appointment. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous, as was the MA who saw me. Dr. Wu was very thorough with me and overall I had a great experience with this place. Very professional, clean, and calm. :-)

This is the patient's wife writing this review for my husband who needs a new primary care doctor to address some current issues. If I could give less than one star, I would -- scheduling staff is RUDE and NOT helpful. On initial call to get first appointment, the scheduler took all our information and said an appointment was available in July 2019. I said, wow that's pretty far out. She then said, oh do you live in Lake Oswego? Why?? So, I asked to speak with the office manager who told us she would put us on a wait list for an appointment for Dr. Harper and she made it seem like just a month or two out for first cancellation. I said OK but we'd like to be in before the end of 2018 due to deductible issues. Today I called to see what the status is of us on the wait list, the scheduler said you are NOT on a wait list and there are people on it who've been waiting more than a year. She then said very rudely "you can't just jump ahead of all the other people who've been waiting." Well, first of all, we WERE told by the office manager that we were on a waiting list (and I was NOT warned that there were so many people who'd waited so long ahead of us) and secondly it's rude to insinuate I want to JUMP AHEAD of others who were waiting so long. I only called to check on our status. This appears to be a very poorly run clinic with either rude, impatient or just plain incompetent staff -- so just a heads up -- if they tell you you're on a waiting list, YOU'RE NOT!

I have nothing but good to say about this clinic; low key, small pleasant size without feeling of "just a number" waiting in lines behind a line to check in, etc. Underground parking a bonus, with elevator . Find the physicians excellent, friendly, usually little wait time. Appointments in morning may be one reason, but have been able to get attention promptly and phone calls returned promptly.
