Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center is absolutely wonderful! They made me so comfortable during my breast cancer process. They move so quickly and they were all so kind! I definitely recommend Kaiser for your medical needs! I am now cancer free and I am so happy. Thank you so much.

Dr. Murphy and I had a pre-op video appointment to prepare for my upcoming surgery, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, clear, and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. What impressed me most was how personal she was -- she genuinely wanted to understand me and how I might adjust after surgery. I felt completely prepared, supported, and confident moving forward. Five stars without hesitation.

I had went to Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center for a big surgery. The confidence of my doctor was reflective of the outcome of my overall health. I was taken care of to the best of the hospital abilities. I was given medication when I asked for it and was provided a meal when I was able to eat. The personal concerns that I have may not be in relation to the hospital itself, but it's worth noting that the hospital rooms are not structured in a way that can support a person being alone during the healing process. The room was not set up in a way where I could keep my personal devices charges or at arms reach; also the TV screen was a bit small and harder to see. I had limited mobility (at the time) so it was a bit less accessible to enjoy the smaller things as I healed. Overall the staff was lovely, I had nurses ask me genuine questions about how I'm feeling and even had CNA's help make light of me not being able to shower, and helping me with a dry shower anyways. I would say my only concerns is the structure of the hospital rooms, the distance from the TV to the bed, and table not designed to place personal items on or have any charging outlets. I think as new innovations occur these minuscule issues will be solved soon. The overall experience has impacted me on my overall recovery back to health. The doctors were amazing, the staff maintained professionalism when I was in a negative head space, and stuck by my side all the way through my discharge. I am lucky to have gotten such a successful surgery and I could have not done without the Kaiser Sunnyside Medical team. Thank you!

For being in the office besides the pain I very much enjoyed my stay there.The doctors were very good about informing me about all my procedures ,and making sure I knew what was going on with me ,and that I understood it. I LOVED ALL MY NURSES I Felt like I was getting spoiled. All f th em were very friendly and kind and that made me feel safe and well cured for. I an very thankful and grateful to the whole team. I arrived early for an appointment for an ultrasound scan. Checking in to the clinic was immediate. I waited in the imaging lounge only a minute or two before being taken to the exam room. The tech came in a few minutes later so the procedure began early. I was out before my scheduled time (11:30). Perhaps I was lucky to get there at a slack time. At any rate, I was pleased with the smoothness and speed with which the whole process was completed.
