Do not see Dr. Hillary Titus. I've had a long standing illness caused from having covid several years ago. I took my medicine to her told her I needed a refill. I told her that it was better but hadn't gone away. She refuses to refill my medication for me without an appointment even though I told her all about my severe nausea and vomiting a week ago. Simple because I told her it was better. Not gone mind you just better. Unbelievable worst doctor ever. I will never go to her again. I would have had to drive 30 minutes each way to see this worthless person.

Shelly is the best nurse and the doctors are great. It's the receptionist ladies that are just so gossipy they talk and talk some of us just don't feel good and just want peace and quiet plus if there just sitting around and talking and getting paid for gossiping I'll take a job here it seems they don't have enough work to do and the girls from the back I'm guessing she's a nurse comes up front to gossip too. They need to becareful what they say in Spanish just because some of us don't look like we speak Spanish well we do.

I'm writing on behalf of my son who has been a patient of NHC for a couple of years now. There has been a turnover of doctors, for sure, but the staff has remained dedicated and has gone above and beyond for us on a few occasions. I appreciate that so much. Communication has been great and they've helped us navigate some insurance issues that were very confusing.

I wish I could give zero ratings. There is a high staff turnover, you never see the same people there. Today I showed up for my scheduled appointment to a woman putting a sign on the door that they were closed. I called the number on the sign and knocked on the door, the woman came out saying they called me and left a message that the doctor had an emergency and isn't in the office. This is after they changed my appointment from 8:05am to 9:25am via a text message. I told her I have no calls or voicemails from them, she told me "sorry I call all my patients "! This is the second time the doctor had an emergency and canceled this particular appointment. I just think it's highly unprofessional to "cancel" people's appointments more than once and then not even call them!

By far the best clinic i've ever been to in years im glad i select this clinic phisician's as my primary care She has made great effort to go above and beyond my expectations and my health needs. it is hard to find a primary that takes good care like she does Thank you so much, im also impress with the welcoming staff at the front desk great job girls one of a kind.
