I have always had a wonderful experience with staff and my Doctor. However, today I called to book an appointment and the receptionist Diane was awful(argumentative).She refused to book me an appointment, using the excuse that Dr had no appointments available even months out. Horrible patient experience.
I have only seen Dr. Sultan once and he was quite thorough but his office staff is not. I have never called the clinic and had a human answer. You have to leave a message and no telling when you will get a call back. As other reviewers have mentioned, this place does not make you feel that you are a valued customer/patient
We have been very happy with the care my husband has received from Dr Laughlin and Dr. Sedehi for the past 5 years. The doctors and the entire staff have always be so dedicated to giving the best care possible. We live 240 miles from Bend, so we do have quite a drive. The distance is nothing compared to excellent doctors and the hospital we have access to in eastern Oregon. Highly Recommended!!!
First experience there yesterday, beautiful facility but reception/checking in experience very unimpressive. Employees talking to each other, not a welcoming experience. Once at the second floor, noticed that every single person arriving was confused about where they should be. Got the feeling that management hasn't done a good job with these employees...something was very off with the experience. Employee who actually did the EKG was great.
This facility is helping so many patients in our community receive quality cardiac and pulmonary care! Thank you for helping our patients. Lets work together to pay and benefit the hard-working tech/MA and nursing staff what they are worth.
