Had a stress test done recently and had a great experience. The staff and technicians were very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Dhssraj Singh is caring, thorough, and very professional -- he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. Highly recommend him and his team.

I had a stress echo test at the Howard Ave location and was a little anxious not knowing what to expect. I definitely did not need to be concerned at all. The technicians were so compassionate and caring and experienced and knowledgeable. I couldn't have wished for better technicians than Gene and Saj. My husband had the same testing at this location and was also raving their praises when he was finished. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I went to the Nuclear Dept. for a stress test and I had a very good experience. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed about all procedures throughout the test and made me feel completely at ease. I wish to acknowledge Edward, Erin and Lisa. These three people are exceptional!

I had a wonderful experience, today, at the Windsor Heart Institute. Every interaction that I had with their staff was a true pleasure. They're not only very professional, but also extremely personable. Special acknowledgments to Jade, who prepped me for my testing; Sarah, the physician's assistant who completed my clinical interview; Peter, who conducted the echocardiogram; and the wonderful young woman - whose name I can't recall - who managed all the aspects of the stress portion of the testing and who applied my holter monitor. I went in feeling very nervous and uncertain and the efforts of all these folks helped to eliminate that 100%.

To wait for over an hour for a 3 minute test is unacceptable. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward. Thank you for responding. I understand things happen and it's a very busy place but that's no excuse for rudeness and being lied to.
