Paris Heart Clinic

I have been to this clinic 3 different times and have always had very prompt, courteous and professional care and treatment. To Carolina, Franco and the receptionist - I'm so sorry, I do not recall your name - thank you so much for your outstanding service! I work in healthcare - I know how horrendous it can actually be - from both perspectives - as staff and patient. This clinic and it's staff are a blessing to our community.

Not a great experience at this clinic. The first person I saw was nice, but without warning opened the door to the room we were in while I was topless. Then, while I was being hooked up to an ECG (again, topless) by another person, they ALSO opened the door without warning. Not only that, but neither of them even introduced themselves to me, I couldn't tell you their names. Then the receptionist cancelled my appointment with the cardiologist, didn't call me back when I tried to reschedule, and when I finally did get ahold of them after a week of calling, I was told they'd call me back next day to reschedule (unshockingly, they didn't). Guess we'll see if she ever does or if I have to call for another week straight before I get a response.

If I can give them zero stars I would. They are horribly run clinic and liars. Dr. Malak is no longer a doctor there. Instead of disclosing to his patients that he's no longer there, they kept lying and saying he's not available right now. I kept calling for over a month asking for an appointment for my mom and kept getting told he's not available and they don't know when he's going to be available. Eventually we found out (through someone else) that Dr. Malak no longer works there. When we confronted the Paris clinic about it they finally admitted that was the case. I was able to get in contact with Dr.Malak through his other clinic where he notified us that the clinic has refused to let him notify his previous patients, access their files or get in contact with them in any way. If you're a patient of Dr. Malak's and have not been able to get an appointment that's why. They're lying just to keep you at that clinic and not lose your business.

Rude, unethical, liars and scammers. All they want is money and don't care at all about the patient and their needs. My mom needed and emergency pacemaker and they neglected to tell us. We only found out because she fell and had to go to the hospital. Terribly run, terrible on the phones, never give you an appointment and just keep saying they're going to call back with one but they don't. The receptionist is rude and incompetent. She can't even manage to get test results transferred from the hospital to the client. Useless, don't waste your time here.
