Haha- my Mom has had such wonderful care here, as well as at the Ottawa General Hospital Cardiac care unit. The team at UOHI - The hospital itself is fantastic and the medical team put 3 stents in 3 different coronary arteries , AND sang Happy Birthday because it was her 88th birthday! But should this truck which emits such wonderful fried food smells be parked right outside???

As you come in to the main entrance their is someone to greet you and direct you. Then there are sign in units, and also someone to help you sign in. This place is very clean and bright. The staff and professionals are kind and very efficient. I felt comfortable here and in good hands. Thank you Ottawa heart institute for taking good care of me.

Super easy registration process in the lobby! Came in for a cardiac ct and staff was absolutely amazing. Nurse was inclusive in the language she used and they run like a well oiled machine

I had a heart procedure done this past week and from the residence staff right through to all the staff at the heart institute I was treated special and felt like I was so important. THANKS ALL.
