Good afternoon. I was undergoing a 2 part Myocardial Perfusion Imaging testing and was there yesterday for Part 2. I would like to pass along some good remarks about 3 employees. Ryan, Tanya and Lindsay. They were all very professional, courteous and generous with their time. It made the experience less intimidating. Thank-you. They are an ASSET to your clinic and profession.
The reception both times I went for appointments were very helpful and nice. Had a stress test done by Reese. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. With her energy, patience and listened to everything I was saying I couldn't have asked for a better person. Very professional and highly recommend this company!
Visiting Ottawa Cardiovascular Centre is a delight. Unlike many medical facilities that often emit a clinical and serious atmosphere, this center offers a refreshing experience. The receptionists greet you with warm smiles and a heartfelt "thank you very much" when returning your health card, instantly making you feel welcome. Today, I had a stress test by a staff named Reese. She was as delightful as her namesake cookie. Reese immediately put me at ease, explaining the procedure with a smile and maintaining a reassuring and encouraging demeanor throughout the test. Despite the challenge of being out of breath at times, the 15-20 minute test felt like a breeze, which is precisely the purpose of a stress test . I would rate this experience a perfect 5 out of 5, without any exaggeration. Thank you.
