Dr Sabbagh was truly a breath of fresh air. He has incredible bedside manner & is very knowledgeable. Having suffered anxiety due to my heart for several years, I finally left feeling some relief. Thank you for the care I received today.

The administration staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable, but you need to be very very careful that nothing slips through the cracks. A family member was with Dr Joury, who ordered an MRI on suspicion of ARVC and told us to hold tight and wait for a call in a month(he instead called 2 months later). Unfortunately he hadn't realized how serious her situation was over the phone(her oxygen dropped to 78-84 just walking to the kitchen), leading to her being hospitalized for 2 weeks. Dr Joury moved on from the clinic, but they were assured she would be assigned a new cardiologist and contacted if anything was wrong. However, she was never re-assigned to a new doctor, and she has not been contacted by them since, despite the obviously concerning results. A respirologist saw the results and referred her to to a cardiologist and EP at the general, where she is being treated now. I think this experience is probably not normal, and I would like to highlight that the staff were super warm and friendly, and Dr Joury's medical knowledge around what her heart condition was probably correct. However, that being said, clearly the urgency of the situation originally was misjudged, and a potentially life-threatening condition was never followed up on, which is not great. Be your own best advocate.

Efficient, fast, and friendly! Turns out you CAN have an echo that doesn't hurt so badly your ribs get bruised! Came to this clinic after being at another one in the city, and I expected some pain during the echo because they have to press hard enough to get good images, but the technologist was so mindful and didn't hurt me at all! Also had an ekg done and the staff that did it were great too! Highly recommend!

I was his patient for the past 8 months, having suffered a stroke 6 months ago and a heart attack 3 weeks ago. He ordered ultrasounds, MRIs, and other tests, but failed to review the results or inform me of any dangers. After undergoing heart bypass surgery in the hospital and calling to postpone my appointment, I was rescheduled for next year. Furthermore, I was threatened with a $100 fine for no-shows.

Twice I was at the facility once for heart ultrasound and then heart stress test. Very happy with the procedure. There were two ladies at the reception both were very polite and help full. Technologist for both the treatment were very polite and answered all the questions. Thank you for your help
