Cardiac Diagnostic Clinic

We have had Dr. Goodarzi as our Cardiologist for the last 4 years and have found him extremely knowledgable, determined to help and find a solution to our problems and more, and we can not praise the man enough. He is the best of all Cardiologists we have had with so much compassion, care and comforting appeal. Our respect for him is enormous and all of his staff are the same. Every one is very personable, extremely knowledgeable and friendly making the office very welcoming when you arrive, right through to the end of your appointment as well as when you leave. Both of us who are patience can not say enough praise and if we could the stars would be many many more than 5. Thank you Dr. Goodarzi and to your staff and may you all continue with much Health and Happiness in life.

Dismissed me completely on my intake appt after being referred by an ER doc for constant hr and bp instability with crippling autonimic dysfunction markers and hypoperfusion from frequent hypotension. He spent 8.5mins on the phone with me where he started the conversation by saying he didn't need to see me because there's nothing going on with my heart. I've had severe autonomic dysfunction to the point where I was hospitalized and then in and out of the ER... I've been bed bound for 6 weeks because I literally cannot stand or sit without tachycardia, but also have a rare heart anomaly that he ignored, ignored the recommended TEE test, and ignored my hr swing found on holter because they had normal sinus rhythm, ignored my wild bp swings that happen at rest, and stroke symptoms. He literally wouldn't even hear my symptoms or what brought me there. Told me "the heart is not part of autonomic dysfunction " which is just utter BS. My caregiver was with me during the appt and he hung up on us when my caregiver asked for the reasons why he was ignoring my symptoms and refusing ro treat. When we called back, we were hung up on by reception and then our numbers blocked. Caregiver called from a new number and recorded the conversation asking for my medical file as per my PHIPA right, and she hung up on him again. Thank goodness we recorded it! 0/5 stars. Do not bother with this joke of a human being and sad excuse for a doctor. Do better!!

Gave me an EKG on the 7th, only for him to need blood work and yet ANOTHER EKG done at a separate building, PLUS knowing I am on ODSP, a FIXED DISABILITY INCOME, I had to REJECT a certain test because I didn't have the $120 bucks to pay for it out of pocket! Calling is a hassle, on hold for over 5 mins just for them to come back on the line and tell me to HOLD even LONGER!? I need to know y they would expect me to do a test I have no funds to pay for, not wait on hold over 10 mins just to talk to someone!

Terrible Dr. I went to see Dr Goodarzi when I had high blood pressure. He tried to diagnose me with something that I had no symptoms or signs of, which I verbally disagreed with, and he also never sent me for testing to confirm or rule out was the actual issue. He also noticed some hardening/buildup of my arteries, which is hereditary in my family but thought I was too young to do anything about so he ignored. I had concerns because he wasn't taking my health concerns serious, kept pushing one diagnoses without testing, and thought I was too young to look into some pretty serious issues. His suggestion was to wait 6 months to see if anything changed. I requested a follow up appointment with my family doctor to get a second opinion but didn't even make it to the next apt before I was hospitalized for the same issue he ignored. Not only could he have prevented me from a lifetime of health issues, but I literally could have died, and now I'll be medicated for the rest of my life. Oh, and his diagnoses that he was so adamant about, was incorrect. Not only that, but their office is poorly managed. I just received a call for my 6 month follow up appointment from before I was hospitalized; I switched cardiologists 5 months ago because there was no way I would ever going back to him.

Excellent care for my husband, even called that evening to say he was concerned and had called in an RX. Highly recommend. The staff are excellent as well.
