Capital Cardiology

I had a wonderful experience at this cardiology clinic. The office is very organized, the check-in process was quick, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Patricia at the front desk deserves special recognition. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. First impressions mean a lot in healthcare, and Patricia sets the tone for a positive visit. Thank you, Patricia, for your kindness and excellent service, you make a real difference!

Their inability to answer phones and log appointments into the computer is ridiculous. Double check everything or you'll waste your time. I called to schedule my appointment, had what I thought was a lovely conversation in which I booked an appointment, BUT the employee did not record my appointment in their computer system. Resulting in wasted money, time, energy and patience. I even called 8+ times (answering machine every time) to confirm the proper arrival time, as their website and paper work contained conflicting information. With my job, taking any short-notice time-off is almost impossible, but my boss was gracious and accommodated me. All for nothing due mistakes and laziness. CANADIAN HEALTHCARE IS A JOKE.

The lack of Doctors at this clinic is horrible. They never answer the phones. Take days to return calls. My pharmacist has faxed 4 times and I've made endless calls and no one calls back, ever! I finally drove to the office and was told by the busy reception staff that they know there are issues but management keeps the office running that way and it's frustrating for them too. Marcia at the desk was very patient and calmed me down. A ray of sunshine in this extremely backwards run office.

This review is for the friendly administrative staff at Nepean. I've been to this clinic multiple times both testing and doctor side and the front desk staff is always friendly. Thank you Karen, Marcia, Mindy, Danielle, Veronica and Patricia for your hard work.

They do not answer calls. Huge delays in getting calls back. Their high volume of calls is generated by people calling several times because they don't return calls. Delays in getting results is very concerning. The person who called me back literally was yawning and sounded like she just woke up from a nap at 3:15 pm. Horrible customer service.
