WELL Health Diagnostic Centres - Sudbury Long Lake - Ultrasound & X-ray

I recently went for an ultrasound and had the most incredible experience. The young lady who performed my scan was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her kindness and personal approach truly stood out. It's rare to receive this level of care, and I'm so grateful for the outstanding service I received. Highly recommend!

Very nice and quick. Also called in later to book an appointment. I had a wonderful experience booking my ultrasound over the phone. The representative was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. Very pleasant experience from the first contact. Easy to book, very accommodating around schedule. All staff friendly, personable and professional. Technician explained procedure well and the what she was doing ever step. When procedure was completed the timeframe for results was explained and set an appropriate expectation. A text message was sent directly after visit with links to pocket health. Very good experience. Would recommend this location for diagnostics.

Staff is very professional and very welcoming... Even when they call to confirm the appointment, they take all the time to explain everything... I know they are super busy but you would not know from the great service they provide...They do deal with difficult patient but are always very understanding.. It breaks my heart when I see people being rude to them...Good job to all the staff

I enjoyed my appointment. No waiting time, well organized and extremely friendly staff. And parking behind the building is very accessible. I highly recommend.
