My husband had been to the office once, last year, they scheduled for him to return December 2025. Receptionist called him to change date of appointment to Decemebr 2nd, he called last week to confirm date and time. She told him 12:15 Monday December 2nd. I told my husband to call them back early Friday morning last week and check to make sure it was Monday or the Tuesday the 2nd. He informed me no one answers the phone there and they may not get back to him. She called him at 12:20 today asking if he was on his way and he told her she told him it was on the 2nd and she said he would have to come to office to pay a rebooking fee because she made the mistake and it is almost impossible to speak to a person. This office should have more staff to handle the calls or a better system to confirm appointments. Also initially first appointment was rushed, not thorough, only addressed part of the health issue.
