Best doctor in the business. But the logistics are absolutely horrible. He only works from this location once a week and his staff over books it. Had an appointment, arrived 15 min early and sat for 2 hours. I understand nickel and diming and trying to fill all your patients all in one day a week because you want to minimize costs, but 2 hr wait on an appointment is ridiculous.

Most unprofessional medical setting I've ever experienced. Exam rooms are dirty (see photos, used razors and hair on floor), doctor is condescending, staff walking in and out as I was dressing and undressing without knocking, and horrific bruising that lasted weeks from testing. Will not be returning.

Editing my review from last year... Dr. Datta is an okay doctor. As a cardiologist he does a great job at continued care with testing and a cadence of follow up appointments. I do find he kind of rushes you, but that's expected with specialists. Last year, I was referred by my family doctor for a second opinion to Oakville Cardiologists , after seeing him for years. Unfortunately, it seems he just pushes testing you don't need which is all billed under OHIP. I feel in much better care with the Oakville cardiologist team. In my opinion, his assistant in Burlington is not that competent( and there is high turnover) with a new person all the time, so I can't speak to the new person. I found my information was recorded incorrectly a lot, appointments were cancelled 5 minutes before you were there, and there's a lot of questionable things done at this clinic; it isn't the most trusting experience. Till this day his office is still calling me and emailing to book my "yearly follow up" with all these tests I don't need. I've kindly asked them to stop contacting me multiple times. If you are referred here, it's your choice, but if you can wait go elsewhere.

An absolute horrible experience and customer service from this clinic. I showed up to the clinic ahead of my scheduled and confirmed appointment. The clinic was not open. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. I called several times and received no response. To date no one from the clinic has bothered to call me back and explain what happened or to reschedule my appointment. Absolutely disgraceful and horrendous, non-existent customer service. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone and have asked my family doctor to refer me to another cardiologist. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

There is nothing about this clinic that made me feel like my wellbeing was at all within their realm of priorities. A cardiology assembly line. Admin took my blood pressure with a cuff that fell off my arm. A Med assistant took my history which was never reviewed by the doctor. Then he requested the wrong cardiac monitor that conflicted with what the doctor prescribed. My echo was done with my bare chest facing a full window into the hall b/c the tech forgot to close the drape. Doctor spent less than 5 min with me after I waited an hour and a half. He told me my thoughts weren't focused and had one foot out the door before I finished a sentence. I asked my family doctor for a referral to another cardiologist and am far happier. No way I was stepping foot back in that office.
