I had such a wonderful experience at MK Cardiology. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The environment itself is calm and relaxing, and everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make the visit smooth and stress-free. I felt they went above and beyond with taking their time to do a thoral exam. You can really feel the warmth and care in how they treat their patients. So professional. Highly recommend! Got an appointment on short notice and at a clinic convenient to me. When I got there I found out Aarti would be supervising. She had done so a year ago. I felt more relaxed knowing it was her. She is efficient smart and has a very caring personality. She made arrangements for further tests while I was there so no time wasted. Couldn't ask for anything more. Took out all the stress. Had second appointment in Burlington. Modern clean quiet efficient. As pleasant as a stress test could possibly be. Made to feel very comfortable by the assistant. All so very efficient. The level of care I received was amazing!. Everyone in the staff was friendly: from the receptionist to everyone performing the tests. They were welcoming, very professional and I would also say something very important to: they treat you as a 'human'. They make you feel cared for. They were concerned about some health issues I had at the moment when I came to have my annual follow up testings and did everything to ensure I was OK and receive the care I needed. I would certainly recommend 100% MK Medical clinic to anyone in need of cardiology check-ups.
