I had a cardiac ablation done recently. Dr. Katari did a phenomenal job as I had literally no side effects and feel better than I have in several years. He took great care to assure the procedure went well and I understood the process. He even called me at home the day of the procedure to check up on me. Doctors and nurses are great! Billing is awful. In less than one year, I have had 3 visits not processed through my insurance. The only people that I can speak to are in India and I have an extremely hard time understanding them. It is ridiculous. I will not be going back to St. Johns, it has gotten so bad.
