After holding for 12 minutes, receptionist answers and asks how she can help me, cuts me off as I'm saying hello back by screaming "hey hey hey" into the phone, like you'd scold a dog or something, then hangs up. After she answered, she hung up within 10 seconds.. what even? Have yet to meet a doctor but referrals and appointment scheduling has been a nightmare.
Friendly Professional staff. Dr apologized for running behind. Great job of explaining what needed to be done. Very pleased
