Dr. Kacere is the most informed, supportive and patient focused cardiologist in Tulsa. Full stop. I had a fairly complicated prognosis 2 years ago and he has seen me through that all the way. He is easy to talk to and you always leave his office with a plan in place. If you are looking for a cardiologist in Tulsa there is no one better.
