Olympia Neurological Institute

I am so genuinely pleased with Olympia Neurological Institute. I believe that my quality of life has improved enormously and that is so important to me in my present situation. I don't know what I would do without the help I receive from Dr.Nicole Abel and the staff at the clinic. Everyday now since I have received treatment I smile and live so much more pleasantly than before being referred to them for my pain management. How professional is this place? I had scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, but when I arrived, I was up early and not late. However, the black lady behind the counter who was rude, looking and acting and unprofessional informed me that I had been discharged but I was never seen there. They didn't care, but couldn't give me any information to give. The doctor I had never seen before had done it when he was at his last pain clinic, but I had never seen him there or now for me to be discharged me . And they couldn't give me any information I couldn't understand why when It was my information, and it was very unprofessional. They just said, "Oh yeah, I didn't do it." I was really upset. It messaged up to do someone like that there.are real-life bad people in this world I'm not one of them. I show up on time and do everything I need to do. I would not recommend going there at all. They were nasty people. I'm in pain and can't get help from them. How funny is that? I don't want to break any code or show out in the place or anything. It's just really sad. I would never tell someone to step foot in there.

I had 3 doctors in this place. Primary care, pain management, and shrink. I've been sick for 2 weeks. I saw my pup last week. They didn't even have equipment that they should have to look in my throat and ears. So they didn't help and I've gotten worse. I couldn't get out of bed yesterday between pain and being sick I just couldn't go. So I called them and all 3 doctors canceled me because I couldn't make my appointment. Ever since Dr. Kirk left the practice they have been crap. I've been off my meds for weeks because I had appointments this week now I don't know how long it will be. They just suck. After Kirk left I never saw the same doctor. This place is terrible.

Everyone I have met has been caring, compassionate and attentive. Having debilitating 24/7 chronic pain is hard enough, when you go to the doctor, you wanna be met with compassion and understanding because you're so mentally emotionally and physically exhausted. Thank you for caring!

Refreshing to work with a staff that is willing to listen, explain, advise and stay actively involved medical treatment. Refreshing to speak with someone advising professionally, compassionately, efficiently and proactively while encouraging through constant attention to detail and progress.
